  • Problem – trapped mental and emotional stress; allergies
  • Solution - stress reducing techniques such as meditation, breathing exercises, heart math solution; allergy testing

Food as medicine viewpoint

  • Apricots -moisten and strengthen the lungs, ease asthma
  • Ginkgo biloba – sweet, bitter herb that can be added to soup to help people with asthma
  • Kelp - soothes the lungs and eases asthma
  • Persimmons – moisten the lungs easing the coughing and wheezing of asthma 
  • Walnuts – good for the lungs of asthmatics as they are both warming and calming, which helps ease coughing and wheezing
